A struggle against silence

Mixtape for Madame Psychosis | this text was writen for and first published on https://madame-psychosis.com in 2018

Writing is a struggle against silence. It is the dragon that lives underneath my floorboards and had turned to a dark abyss filled with tar-black clouds. He has no scar to show for happiness. Every word I write is like a drop of his blood. There are three secrets to weave a text. Unfortunately nobody knows what they are. The first thing you have to learn is to cope with rejection. If you can’t, the dragon is dead. You start out writing crap and thinking it’s good stuff, and then gradually you get better at it. Heavy as such things are, after the word-slide, the writing begins. It begins when you’ve finished. Only then you know what you’re trying to say.
